Tasting Notes: Nice deepish colour, with bright garnet edge, but deep core. Floral nose with a touch of sweet butterscotch. Combining with some lovely cedar from 60% new oak. A good mix of red fruits and smoky bacon flavours give the wine a lovely Italianate complexity. Elegantly mid to richly weighted with a nice density and a finishing lick of fine tannins to close.
